How Our Trips Work: Deposit, Balance, Go

We keep booking simple because holidays shouldn't start with homework.

1. Say hello

Message us on WhatsApp or send the website form. Tell us the trip and rough numbers. We reply with availability and the full breakdown.

2. Deposit

A deposit per person secures your spot. Bank transfer or whatever arrangement we agree — you get written confirmation either way.

3. Balance

The remainder is due by the date on your invoice — usually two weeks before departure. Payment plans exist; just ask early.

4. Pack and show up

You get a packing list, meeting point and guide contact the week before. Then it's our job to make the days disappear nicely.
