Privacy policy
Last updated August 2026. Short version: we only use your details to plan and run your trip.
What we collect
When you contact us through the website form, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you give us: your name, contact information, and anything you tell us about your trip. We also keep standard, privacy-friendly website analytics (page counts — no personal profiles, no advertising cookies).
How we use it
- To answer your inquiries and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To organise bookings with our local partners (camps, transport, activity providers) where needed for your trip.
- To contact you about your booking — by WhatsApp, phone or email.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
- We do not send marketing newsletters unless you specifically ask us to.
Photos
We love sharing trip photos on our website and socials. We will always ask your permission before posting a photo where you are clearly identifiable, and you can ask us to remove one at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Email info@globewalkers.org and we will sort it out promptly. We handle data in line with the Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
